The natural pools of ‘Poza’ and ‘Navajo’ are one of the hallmarks of this area of Ribera del Duero, located 10 Km from Aranda. It features the church of Nuestra Señora de la Asunción and the Casa Consistorial as two important buildings from the XVI century. They definitely worth a visit.
The ‘Fuente Vieja’ (‘Old Spring’) can be found a kilometre from Campillo, and the village’s inhabitants had to travel to this point to collect drinking water. Currently, it is preserved as it was finished after its renovation in the XVIII century.
The underground wine cellars give Campillo de Aranda the charm of this Ribereña area.
